FAQ'S

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes! we ship everywhere. Please note that postage from the UK to abroad can take several weeks dependent on whether your parcel gets held up at customs or not so please bare this in mind. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase subject to terms and conditions. 

The customer is liable to pay for return shipping costs as per the way it was sent. 

Refunds will be issued if the item is returned in the same unworn condition for store credit to the shop. (Original shipping costs to you will not be refunded.) 

Returns will not be accepted if you have not already contacted me via email sophiepolizzishop@gmail.com first for the return to be accepted. 

All packages must be sent in the original packaging if possible and you must provide proof and tracking. If your item is shipped without tracking and subsequently gets lost, then a refund cannot be given. 

Order cancellations for immediate refunds will not be accepted. 

How long will shipping take?

We aim to process all orders in 3 days. UK orders are shipped using Royal mail tracked 48 service which usually takes 1-2 days but can be more if there are delays or strikes.

International orders may take up to a month depending on courier services in your country. Please be patient and check the tracking details where possible.
